Prof. Dr. Laligam Sekhar and his team sponsored and organized the third MASSIN Congress in July 13 to 15, 2011 in Seattle, USA. The meeting was held in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Washington State Association of Neurological Surgeons (WSANS) in W Hotel, Seattle. The quality of scientific program was outstanding with participation of 105 colleagues from several countries. The social program included a boat trip with dinner in the lakes of Seattle with marvelous views of the city, its surrounding hills and the famous and picturesque “ Seattle Boat-houses”. A meeting banquet was offered in the “Seattle Space-Needle” symbol of the city. Following the meeting, the executive group of MASSIN met and made important decisions for the future of the society.
