From November 21-23, 2019 the VII MASSIN Congress was organized by Prof. Enrique Osorio in the historical city of Cartagena de Indias, Colombia. This city is one of the most beautiful and well-preserved cities in the Americas. Participants from all continents attended the meeting enjoyed a high level scientific program and many social activities organized by Prof. Osorio and his team. The MASSIN directory for the period 2019 -2021 was elected.
